About
Offshore Leaks Record follows up on public figures named in major leak investigations led by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists and partners. It records what was reported, each person's response, and what official action followed, using court, prosecutor and government sources where available.
- Being named in a leak is not evidence of wrongdoing. Offshore structures can be lawful.
- Where no official action was reported, the record says so.
